Have a customer who exists in multiple Stripe accounts? saas·hapily has you covered!
If you’re using saas·hapily to manage multiple Stripe accounts from the same HubSpot portal, you may end up with a customer who exists in several of them at once. So how does saas·hapily manage customers like these? With a customer record for each Stripe account, will saas·hapily create multiple Contact records in HubSpot? Not at all! When you run into a situation like this, saas·hapily will simplify it for you in your CRM.
Take our test customer Frank Stein for example. I have two Stripe accounts connected to my HubSpot account and he has a customer record in both. Both customer records will sync to the same Contact record in HubSpot!
If you check the saas·hapily CRM card on his Contact record, you’ll see that he has a card for both Stripe accounts. From either card, I can create transactions and invoices for their respective Stripe instances (see how HERE).
Any subscriptions created from either account will appear under this section as well. This will make it easy to pause, update, or cancel them from within HubSpot.
“Hey wait a minute! If he only has one accumulative Contact record for all Stripe accounts he’s in, how is his MRR property handled?”
Great question. saas·hapily’s MRR property is global. This means that it will show the total MRR from all of the Contact’s current subscriptions. So if he has a subscription in one Stripe instance with an MRR of $20.00 and a subscription in another Stripe instance with an MRR of $10.00, the total MRR will be $30.00!
